Click the “Book Now” button on our website. Once we receive your booking request, we will confirm that your date and requested rental(s) are available and will send you an invoice for the $100 deposit as well as our policies and a contract to sign.

We require a non-refundable deposit of $100 to reserve our Bubble Dome or Bouncy Castle. This deposit must be paid to reserve your date and requested rental.
All of our rentals are reserved on a first come, first served basis. It is recommended that you make your reservation as soon as you can to ensure availability.

Each Bouncy Castle reservation includes an inflatable Bouncy Castle for a four-hour rental period, detailed set up/take down, shoe storage, safety rules sign, air blower, 100-foot extension cord, tarp, and free in-town delivery (Missoula, MT).
Absolutely! We include 100+ interior balloons to float around inside of the dome. You will be able to select up to 3 colors you’d like when you reserve the Bubble Dome. Additional balloons and/or more color selections may be purchased at an additional charge.
We highly recommend adding balloons to the outside of our Bubble Dome! We love to style the outside of our Bubble Dome with our signature balloon garlands. It’s the perfect way to elevate your party and create a fantastic photo op for you and your guests! If you choose not to add balloons all the way around the dome, please be aware that the sandbags will be visible on part of the bubble. We will work with you to custom design balloon garland add-ons that fit your budget and vision. Please note that we do not allow clients to add their own balloons, decals, or décor to our Bubble Dome due to staining and damage potential.
We do not allow customers to decorate the Bubble Dome or Bouncy Castle. Low quality balloons, stickers, streamers, etc. will stain the material. If you would like to add balloons or decals to the Bubble Dome or Bouncy Castle, please contact us for a custom quote.

Any damage (beyond typical wear and tear) will result in an additional fee to repair or replace the damage done. We do not set up at events with face paint. Face paint (even washable) permanently stains the Bubble Dome. If any face paint gets on the Bubble Dome, the client will be held responsible for replacement costs.
Our Bubble Dome is BIG fun and can fit both kids and adults! The dome has a 10-foot diameter and the tunnel is 6 feet long. Our bubble is quite large, please verify your space before booking! A few additional feet are needed on the side for the fan, and at the entrance to the tunnel. Please contact us if you have questions.
We have 3 sizes of castles to choose from:
Our x-large Bouncy Castle can fit both kids and adults! It measures approximately 15 feet wide x 15 feet long x 11 feet high! The space required to set up our XL castle is approximately 20 feet x 20 feet.
Our large Bouncy Castle also works for both adults and kids. It measures approximately 13 feet wide x 13 feet long x 11 feet tall. The space required to set up our large castle is approximately 18 feet x 18 feet.
We have a smaller Bouncy Castle available for parties and celebrations where only kids will be jumping. Our smaller castle measures approximately 8 feet wide x 10 feet long x 8 feet tall and has an attached ball pit! The space required to set this castle up is approximately 11 feet x 13 feet.
Absolutely! Our Bubble Dome and our Bouncy Castle can both be set up inside and secured with sandbags. Please note the size and height listed for the Bubble Dome and Castle to ensure it will fit in the space. We also need an additional 5 feet of space in the back of the dome and castle for the blower. If your event is at a venue, please verify that inflatables are allowed. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance for the venue if needed for an additional fee.
We offer set-up both indoors and outdoors on any level surface that includes grass, turf, concrete, asphalt, cement, and sports courts. For your safety and to avoid damage to our Bubble Dome or Bouncy Castle, we unfortunately CANNOT set up on gravel/rocks, on/near dirt, or uneven surfaces. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of surface will be used. The surface must be level and clear of animal waste and other debris prior to set up arrival. If you have any questions about where to position your Bubble Dome or Bouncy Castle, we encourage you to send us pictures of the party space before your event date.
Our #1 goal is to keep you and your guests safe so you can enjoy the fun! We follow and/or exceed the Consumer Product Safety Commission’s (CPSC) protocols for staking/anchoring inflatables and use high-quality, durable equipment to keep our Bubble Dome secure to the ground. . Inflatables that are set up on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are set up on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

We never want to cancel your rental, but in the event of rainy or windy weather we will contact you with the next steps, including rescheduling or a refund. For safety, we cannot allow our inflatables to be used in the rain, snow, or with winds of 15mph or more.
Yes! Because it tends to get quite warm in the bubble, we recommend shade set ups or indoor set ups when possible. We will limit guests to a few minutes at a time in hot weather.
The Bubble Dome does not have a weight limit; however, it is highly recommended that no more than 4-5 children/adults go inside at one time.
The large Bouncy Castle has a weight limit of xxx lbs.
Our smaller, kids only bouncy castle has a weight limit of xxx lbs.
Definitely! Adults love our Bubble Dome & large Bouncy Castle just as much (if not more) than kids! We just ask that there are no more than 4 guests inside the bubble dome at once. Toddlers must be accompanied by an adult.
OF COURSE! Cleanliness is a top priority for us, not only to provide a safe and positive experience for our clients, but also to maintain the quality of our equipment. We thoroughly clean, disinfect and inspect all of our equipment before each event. We are SIOTO certified (Safety Inflatables Operators Training Organization).
Yes! Before booking, please verify with the venue that they (1) allow inflatables and (2) that the ceiling height and space provided will accommodate the Dome and/or Castle dimensions. Be sure to check for light fixtures and HVAC that might be in the way.
If your venue requires a Certificate of Insurance, we will need the venue contact so we can forward this information to them. There is an additional fee for providing a Certificate of Insurance and/or site visit, if required.
Our service area includes Missoula, Montana and the surrounding areas. Additional delivery fees and higher order minimums may apply to out-of-town deliveries. Please contact us to quote delivery based on your event’s location.
No! Under no circumstances should water be used with our inflatables. Water balloons, squirt guns, hoses, etc. are NOT allowed.
We can handle that! If you do not have a power source within 50 feet of the Bubble Dome, we can provide a quiet generator with your rental for an additional fee. Please contact us for details.
The $100 deposit paid to reserve your date is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your booking, the deposit will be transferred to the new date.
All remaining balances due must be paid 7 days prior to the reserved date.
If the rental is cancelled due to weather after the remaining balance is paid, it will be refunded or can be transferred to a future date.
If the party is canceled 48 hours to 7 days prior to the event, a 50% refund will be issued.
If the rental is canceled with less than 48-hours’ notice, no refunds will be issued. The rental may be rescheduled for a later date if desired.
If the inflatable or any of our equipment is damaged during your rental, a repair fee may be incurred up to the replacement value of the inflatable. Please notify us right away if any damage occurs during your event.
We thoroughly inspect all of our gear before and after each rental.
We take the safety and security of our clients and their guests seriously. My Dream Party is fully insured and licensed. We are also SIOTO Safety Operations Certified.
